4. Reduce the frequent need to dress up formally, since we hardly have any events to attend these days.
5. Take a break from pampering our bodies, as we are more concerned with just being alive and safe.

While these situations are understandable and have indeed helped us to cope, we do need to think more long term. What next? How long are we going to neglect ourselves?
